What can be returned

In-stock pieces returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging with all tags and certificates.
Custom and engraved pieces are final sale, because they are made just for you.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return.
We email you a prepaid, insured return label.
Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund your original payment within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges & resizing

Need a different size or style? We will exchange or resize eligible pieces free within 30 days.
