Every package is fully insured until it is delivered. Orders over $500 may require a signature so your jewelry never sits on a doorstep.
Where we ship
- All 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- APO, FPO and PO box addresses may take a few extra days.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or damaged package
If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will file the insurance claim for you.
